Rick started painting when he was in his teen years. He mainly focused on different scenes in oil, with much less time spent on watercolour. Then Rick became involved in marine biology and aquaculture for many years but he always wanted to start up his artwork again. The pandemic of the COVID-19 virus has inspired him to started again.
