Indonesian  Food Cooking Courses

Ok, so you've got the recipes, but there's more to it than that. Many Indonesian cooks learn to cook from a young age, taught by family, using knowledge and techniques passed down from generation to generation.

“Cooking Lessons Ala Nell” will teach you to cook with food that you can grow easily in your own backyard if you live in the tropics or sub-tropics (eg. paw-paw flower; banana flower; cassava flower; egg plant, okra, and bitter melon) which can be served with fish, chicken, beef, or pork.

These dishes are healthy and mostly gluten free. Many of these ingredients, and the natural spices from Indonesia (nutmeg, ginger, galanggang, ginger and turmeric) have significant health benefits.
